The Big Brick Pile is a popular spot -- but no worries -- there is plenty of brick for everyone.

This contest is closed. Congratulations to our winners: workingfortheweekend and jenny7!

As many of you know, LEGO KidsFest, a giant traveling LEGO expo, is stopping at the Raleigh Convention Center from Oct. 7 to Oct. 9.

The hands-on, educational, all-ages LEGO extravaganza features millions of LEGO bricks, along with construction zones, dozens of life-sized LEGO models and displays, LEGO Universe and LEGO Games, group builds such as Creation Nation and the Mystery Mural, live LEGO Master Builders, and more covering three acres of space.

As you may remember, we have a special discount off tickets. Get $2 off each LEGO KidsFest ticket when purchasing online. Just type in discount code WRAL11 when you purchase the tickets. Tickets are normally $18 for kids ages 3 to 17 and $20 for adults. Click here for details about the event and to buy your tickets.

And I have two four packs of tickets for Sunday Session II from 3 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., Oct. 9, to give away!

What do you need to do to enter to win? One or both of the following:

1. Like our WRAL Go Ask Mom Facebook page if you haven't already.

2. Answer the following question in the comments below right here on the post: About how many LEGO bricks to you have in your house?

This contest ends at noon Sept. 22. Two winners will be picked at random from all entries. The winners' user names will be posted on this post by 9 p.m. Sept. 22  and, if possible, an email will be sent to the winners. We'll also post an announcement on the WRAL Go Ask Mom Facebook page that the winners have been chosen. The winners must respond by noon Sept. 27 or a runner-up will be selected. Good luck!

I have none in my house; my children are grown up. However, my granddaughter loves Lego bricks and she has quite a few. I've recently moved away and I would love to win tickets so we can share the experience together.

We have lots of lego blocks ranging from small to big that turn into all kinds of things. They are all stored in my boy's room in colorful boxes. Legos has helped them create some great things and really helps them to play together for hours!

We have at least 3000 & possibly more. Everyone loves legos!

  • sheilacampbell73 Sep 20, 2011

We are guessing 4000 but it wouldn't surprise me if we had more. Both of my kids are obsessed with LEGO's.

We have @ 3000 pieces of these colorful little bricks, that is unless you find one by accident in the middle of the night! LOL well, not really, more like oooouuuucccchhhhh!!! But we sure do love building with them.
