Bonding
Sometimes I think my kids can't possibly get any more lovable. Campbell's always been more than happy to shower my husband and me with hugs and kisses. But it seems lately the hugs are tighter and the kisses sweeter. The other night before she went to bed she gave me a big, tight, squeeze that seemed to never end...nor did I want it to.
That same night I had a similar experience with Caiden (They must have been double teaming me!). I was feeding him before bed when he stopped, looked up at me and smiled the most beautiful, warm, loving smile I think I've ever seen. It wasn't just a glancing smile. He held my eyes and stared, smiling at me for.... I don't know how long...it didn't matter. It was like this amazing transfer of love radiating between us. Bonding moments like that don't happen every day. This was one of the special ones...........
