Lejeune Marine killed in Afghanistan

CAMP LEJEUNE, N.C. — A Camp Lejeune Marine was killed Saturday in Afghanistan, the Department of Defense announced Monday.
Cpl. Lucas T. Pyeatt, 24, of West Chester, Ohio, died while conducting combat operations in Helmand province, officials said.
Pyeatt was assigned to the 2nd Radio Battalion, II Marine Expeditionary Force Headquarters Group, II Marine Expeditionary Force.
