Law Enforcement Officers Receive Bomb Training

— Officers from across North Carolina were in Raleigh Monday to learn how to detect and defuse bombs.

The Bombing Awareness and Prevention Session is part of a national effort to teach first responders proper emergency techniques.

After a morning news conference, officers headed to a special hands-on demonstration.

The class runs through Tuesday.

    well, it was informative as to why there were So Many
    Law Enforcement and Official vehicles in SE Raleigh today.
    i thought sumpin' important was goin' on.
