Didn't matter? History says otherwise. Think Stonewall, Harvey Milk, DOMA... such hostile times - enough to make anyone hide. Gay people just aren't hiding who they are anymore - it's not so much shouting as it is other people not liking what they see.

That said, this is a funny promotional event. Being a gay vegetarian, though, kind of means I have no need to play!

I remember the days when you couldnt tell the difference... and no one asked because it really didnt matter. It still doesnt, but for some reason people feel inclined to shout it out anyway. MEP

twsw1987 - if you look on the link I provided, you will see many photos of homemade (free) costumes like the one Beths mentioned below. One year we wore black and white clothes and just taped black and white spots all over our shirt and pants. We made a tail out of string and used the starter kit on the chick fil a website to print out the ear. It was all free other than the couple pieces of printed paper. The clothes were not damaged because we just used tape for the spots.

Thanks for posting your ideas Beths and kikinc!

4NON - just head to different Chick fil a's! lol

We had old T-shirts that we painted black cow spots on and "Eat Mor Chikin." We use the "starter kit" and put those on a white hat. We always get a free meal.
