CARY, N.C. — La Farm Bakery and growler stations are among the highlights of the new Whole Foods Market opening Tuesday in west Cary.
The 40,000 square-foot store, located at 5055 Arco St., will house the third location of popular local bakery La Farm. The 1,500 square-foot bakery space includes a European hearth oven, large selection of holiday, seasonal and weekend breads, full coffee service and a café menu including Croque Madames, sandwiches and more.

The west Cary Whole Foods will also have a growler station featuring local craft beer.

To celebrate the grand opening, there will be product demonstrations. When the doors open at 9 a.m. Tuesday, the first 500 customers will receive gift cards ranging in amounts from $5 to $50 with one $500 card. In addition, the first 50 customers will receive free La Farm bread.

Five percent of opening day sales will be donated to Good Hope Farm, an organization that honors Cary’s agricultural heritage by increasing the community’s access to farmland and connecting its residents to local, healthy food.
