    FYI - the ad agency that represents Kroger in this division just sent an e-mail that some aspects of the Kroger policy on their website are not correct and asked me to take down this post until they can get me more details. So, when I have more details, I will update.

    TeeCee~all of the above. Anything that you print from the internet is considered a internet coupon. Does not matter the site it comes from. Hope that helps

    What is an "internet coupon " exactly ??
    Is it one printed from a coupon site ( such as "smart shopper" or "coupons .com") .
    Is it a special one such as one you can print if you "like" a product/brand on Facebook or some other website ?
    One that you get from a link such as in an email ?
