Kroger deals this week include ham, split chicken breast, Steamfresh veggies, cream cheese, Dole canned pineapple and plenty of good buys with the What a Deal Mega Event!

These deals are valid 3/24 to 3/30.

Kroger Coupon Policy Basics

Kroger doubles coupons up to .50 at Kroger stores in the Raleigh, NC area

Many Kroger stores in the area now allow 5 identical coupons per day (check with your store about their limits)

No total limits of coupons doubled per day

Senior Citizen Discount on Tuesday’s: Age 55 and up receive a 5% discount on total grocery bill (excludes alcohol, tobacco and prescriptions)

Kroger digital e-coupons can be found at the link in the box above. You cannot couple a digital coupon with a paper coupon at Kroger. If you have a digital coupon loaded to your card, the register will automatically deduct it and will not allow you to use the paper coupon. Digital coupons do not double. Fuel bonus points: Through March 30, get 4 times the fuel perks when you buy gift cards. The bonus is not valid on Kroger or Visa gift cards.

Free Milk promotion: Buy any participating Kelloggs, General Mills, Post, Cascadian Farm, Quaker or Kashi products and get q free gallon of milk of a ½ gallon of organic milk

What a Deal Mega Event!: The Mega Event continues at Kroger this week. Buy 5 participating items and get $5 off instantly. You can also use coupons to get the price even lower. Although there are a number of participating items in the ad, there are always many more on sale in the store. Here are some of the deals from the ad. Prices listed are after the promo discount of $1 per item:

Yoplait Go-Gurt select 10 count, $.99 after promo - .50 coupon for Twisted variety from 3/3 SS, .75/2 coupon from 2/10 and 3/3 SS = Free if Twister variety is included! (.62 each with .75/2 coupon – still a very good deal for this product)

Heluva good sour cream dip, 12 oz., .99 after promo - .75/1 coupon from 1/27 SS, .50/1 coupon from their website = Free after .50 coupon (.24 after .75 coupon) – great price for this product

    The penguin display that was in HT recently had $1/2 MorningStar product coupons that you can use if you don't have 1000 Kellogg's Reward points to get the $1.50/1 coupon. Makes them $2.49 each which is still a decent price for MorningStar.
