I noticed last night that the "TEN" sodas are included in the sale on 2-liter drinks ($1 each when you buy 6), so the 75-cent coupon from the 1/12 SS makes those a really good deal!

diana123- actually, $3.19/gallon for milk is a decent price for here in the Triangle and it is the best price this week on a gallon of milk (other than some of the warehouse clubs if you have a membership) if you do not qualify for the senior discount. Usually they put their milk on sale for $2.99/gallon but I suspect they are raising that sale price now. We'll see if it goes back to $2.99 in future sales.

3.19 is not a good price for kroger. i wait until it is $2.87 on a tuesday with the sr. discount.

Scoutmomof2- I love their mailers. I got a free box of Crystal Light coupon (which my husband uses a lot of!) plus lots of other really nice coupons. I just wished they made shopping more enjoyable there... the checkers always seem so grumpy :-(

I didn't catch the $25 off 50. But I did get a mailer with coupons which included 1 dozen large eggs for free and $1 off $4 produce. So yesterday I did pick up a dozen eggs, 3 pounds of Granny Smith apples and 2 pounds of bananas for $3.49.

Many of us got a .50/1 Checkout51 offer for milk making the $3.19/gallon price a better deal.

Lots of great things on sale at Kroger this week! And wow, what a perfect time to use the $25 off $50. I stocked up on lots of ground chicken, pork chops, country pork ribs and chicken breasts- all on sale. Also, the larger bag of oranges at $5.99 was a super deal... mine had 13 big ones!
