I've thought so, too, Dr. D.

Faye -- I know! ;) Have I ever shown you the butter shelf in my big freezer? LOL

Kroger and HT are showing some similarities as time passes. HT started doing the Stock Up and Save promos where you have to buy specified quantities to get the sale price, and this week Kroger has a few Saturday Only sale items.

Great deal on my Honeysuckle White turkey this year. Thought they only had the huge ones 21# up, until I went to a second store and was able to get a 14#. DS fries one and dh smokes one so we definitely didn't need the huge ones.
With the great deals on other things, was not hard to meet my $35 minimum! Sorry HT, but I'm starting to like Kroger LOL. Still go to HT though! ;-)

I don't think that will be enough for the cookie swap cookies, Jdouglas..... :-D

I had a feeling this sale might continue this week! I got 10 lbs of Land O'Lakes butter for $1.99 each yesterday, and may go back this week for more. Such a great deal, and butter freezes beautifully.
