If you you have any Kraft American cheese slices in your fridge, you need to read this information about a new recall! The recall includes 7,691 cases of Kraft cheese American Singles Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product.  Apparently a supplier did not correctly store one of the ingredients used in the product.

The recalled product includes four varieties with "Best When Used By" dates of February 20, 2015, and February 21, 2015.  No other Kraft Singles products are included in this recall. You can see more details on the Kraft website.
According to the Kraft recall notice on their  website, consumers who purchased these products should not eat them. Return them to the store where there were purchased for an exchange or full refund. You can contact Kraft Foods Consumer Relations at 1-800-396-5512.

We had 3 packs of the cheese in our fridge but they have November expiration dates so they are not recalled. Thanks to ThomasG for posting about the recall on the blog this morning!
