Is this the wreck that happened on Bethlehem Rd. in Knightdale Friday?

personally i dont think it should have been a felony! that guy was really messed up too! he couldnt have been thinking in his right mind. he was looking at my brother who had been thrown out the car and slid across the pavement on his face and he thought he was dead. so he ran away from the whole nightmare. i dont understand how we can fault someone so harshly for reacting out of fear. granted that wouldnt have been my reaction BUT then again i wasnt there!

When does it become a felony?

oh yeah there is outrage. my brother was in the car and was hurt pretty badly. but let me ask this, what good is the outrage going to do? my brother laid in the hospital half concious with a brain injury and the police stood there giving him a ticket for not wearing his seat belt. this whole situation is outrageous. but i cant even be but so mad because i cant say that if my brother had been the one driving that it would have been any different. this man is being charged and will be sentenced. i think we should all be thankful that no one lost their lives in this.
