Parents set rules and guidelines for your underage children, boys included. They should not be allowed to run all over the neighborhood without some supervision on your part. As a parent, you should know where they are at all times. You should be watchful to the men/women that come into your home, being around your children. Don't you make it safe for your own child? Why not? Just be aware what your child is doing, talking to, texting, facebook etc. You get the picture. As a parent you have that right, even though it makes the kid mad at you. You are the parent so be one regardless how that child may feel. Make it safe for them and show loves always.

With a 1 million bond hanging on his head, his family and so call friends will not be able to get him out to do this hideous crime again. Thank you judge for setting this high bond. We need more judges like you.

What and how did this man get this child alone? Where was her mother or father? Too many kids don't have the proper direction in their raising and this is why certain things happen. I do hope they get this young under-age girl some serious counseling and I am praying that this man will see some prison time for many years.

was under 12 - and multiple times! If he is guilty he deserves to remain locked up for the rest of his life.-Tax Man ****
I agree with you, but in our judicial system "bail is a right, not a punishment", which is probably why his bond is set as high as it is. I've seen bail set at $25,000 and less in some of these cases. Kudos to the judge for setting it so high.
