So this guy is guilty, so there is no reason for a trial? I am not claiming he is completely innocent, but the constitution gives him the right to be perceived innocent, until a jury of his peers, finds him guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. I'm sure you don't understand that, but if you ever find yourself on the other side of the law, surely you would prefer to have that same right.

What if dad didn't do ? What if someone else did it during a visit with dad? Jealous girlfriend maybe. Someone exacting revenge on dad? That happened a while back you know? A man shot another man's baby in front of him for revenge right on his fron porch. You still want dad to burn if that's the case?

What did the father do to the baby for it to lose its life? I hope the evidence prove beyond a shadow of doubt and send this man to prison for life. The baby deserves that much and more.

The original cause of death was undetermined. The medical examiner's office probably conducted their own investigation, which can take awhile before they can make a determination of cause of death. Contrary to what many believe, autopsy reports can take quite awhile if the cause of death isn't clear cut.
