Just curious, do you have other children at home? Best wishes to you and your twins.

Our twins had ttts last year and we had the laser ablation surgery done at CHOP. Our boys are healthy 7 month olds now. Thank you for spreading information about ttts!

I delivered MoDi twins at 34.5 weeks. The regular ultrasound checkups throughout the pregnancy gave me great peace of mind. Two tidbits of advice from my perinatologist for preventing preterm labor - stay hydrated and horizontal. Gravity is not your friend. Good luck and enjoy the ride. Didn't get much sleep the first year, but by age 2 they got to be really fun!

Kathryn, sleep now because you won't sleep much over the next four months. My wife and I have twins and the sleep deprivation in the first few months is brutal. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

My daughter delivered "mono-mono" twin girls three years ago and they are thriving and just wonderful! Best wishes for you and your family and thank you for sharing your story!
