<b>KINSTON, N.C.</b> — The state Department of Juvenile Justice asked for help Wednesday to find an escaped juvenile detainee.

“Demetrice H.&quot; was last seen Wednesday afternoon at the Kinston Plaza Shopping Center on North Heritage Street. He was a resident of the Lenoir Youth Development Center. His home is in Cumberland County.

Anyone with information about the wherabouts of this juvenile is asked to call 911.
