I'm hoping I remember to buy the cornstarch to make our annual Thanksgiving Lemon Meringue Pie! :) It's nice to have on hand as a thickener for sauces and gravies, too.

  • Faye Prosser - Smart Shopper Nov 7, 2013

porschelovernc - that is a great price! Thank you for sharing it. Do you know if that was a markdown price because it is close to expiration?

  • porschelovernc Nov 7, 2013

I found Pet lowfat or skim milk (1 Gal) at Carlie C's in Coats for $1.99!! I am not sure if that price is good at other locations!

  • Faye Prosser - Smart Shopper Nov 7, 2013

NoObamaCare - thanks! You can see those deals and a number of other ones on the CVS post for the week. I picked up my free paper towels yesterday! :-)

The deals above do not include non-food items, which is why they were not included. :-)

  • NoObamaCare Nov 7, 2013

CVS has a coupon you can get at the kiosk for a free roll of paper towels. They also have Arm & Hammer liquid laundry detergent...buy 1 get 2 FREE!

  • Faye Prosser - Smart Shopper Nov 7, 2013

diana123 - if you send me an e-mail at saving@smartspendingresources.com maybe I can walk you through the process.

  • Faye Prosser - Smart Shopper Nov 7, 2013

diana123 - you do not need to go to the zavers wesbite to register for Harris Teeter digital coupons. You go to HarrisTeeter.com and click on digital coupons.

Do you have any family or friends who can sit down at your computer with you to go through the instructions we gave you yesterday on signing up for the Harris Teeter digital coupons? I am not sure we are going to be able to walk you through this online.
