Just the Basics

 

The big news this week is that Harris Teeter AND Lowes Foods are both offering Super Doubles. This means they are doubling coupons that are $2 or less! For all the details, printable coupon links and the full deal lists, please see the links to the specific stores in the box to the left.

Here's the weekly list of good sale prices for the basic grocery items at our various grocery and drug stores for this week including milk, meat, dairy, produce, bread, eggs and more. Please add any other great deals on basics that you find!

Sale Dates

CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreens and Kroger deals are valid through November 2, 2013.
These deals run Sunday through Saturday.

Carlie C’s deals are valid through November 3, 2013.
These deals run Monday through Sunday.

Harris Teeter, Lowes Foods, Food Lion and Aldi deals are valid through November 5, 2013.
These deals run Wednesday through Tuesday.

Harris Teeter butter, 1 lb, $2 – this is my buy price and I will be buying a couple lbs for holiday baking

HT - Benecol spread, 8 oz, $3.99 - $2 coupon from 8/25 SS (coupon indicates DND) = FREE (if it doubles)

HT - Palermo’s pizza, $2.97, limit 2
Coupons: $1/2 coupon from 9/22 SS (expires 10/31), $1 printable coupon sent via e-mail each month when you join their e-newsletter, $1 coupon for the Palermo’s Flatbread from Smart Shopper coupons link above recently (if included in this deal)
