This list includes deals from the sales ads, with a few regular priced items included. Please add any other great deals on basics that you find!

CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreens and Kroger deals are valid through 3/23.

Harris Teeter, Lowes Foods, Food Lion and Aldi deals are valid through 3/26.

Kroger: Mega Event!: There is a new Mega Event at Kroger this week. Buy 5 participating items and get $5 off instantly. You can also use coupons to get the price even lower. Although there are a number of participating items in the ad, there are always many more on sale in the store. Here are some of the deals from the ad. Prices listed are after the promo discount of $1 per item:

There are also many egg containers that have a peelie coupon for .75 a dozen eggs when you buy any 1 RedHot bottle. If you have the .75/1 Redhot coupon from a recent insert, you can get the small bottle for free and then the eggs for .24 using the peelie coupon!
