Here is your weekly list of good sale prices for the basics at our various grocery & drug stores including milk, meat, produce, eggs, bread, coupon items & more. This list includes deals from the sales ads, with a few regular priced items included. Please add any other great deals on basics that you find!

Kroger, CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreens deals are valid through 10/6.

Harris Teeter, Lowes Foods, Food Lion and Aldi deals are valid through 10/9.

HT: Cheerios, original, 8.9 oz., BOGO for $1.59 - .50 coupon from 9/23 SS = .59

HT: Barilla pasta, 16 oz, (penne or spaghetti), Buy 2 Get 3 Free = .60 each when you buy 5 in the same transaction

There is a $1/2 coupon when you buy Barilla pasta and Barilla paste sauce but the sauce is not on sale, so not a good deal to buy the sauce just to use the coupon. Just buying the pasta is a good deal though for .60 per box.

HT: Wish-Bone salad dressing Buy 2 Get 3 Free = $1.20 each when you buy in 1 transaction

There is also a $5 Unilever SavingStar credit when you buy $20 worth of Unilever products and Wish Bone is included (they don’t have to be purchased in 1 trip to get the Savingstar e-coupon credit, but to get the HT Buy 2 Get 3 sale, they do have to be purchased in 1 transaction).
