JOHNSTON COUNTY, N.C. — A Johnston County teen is facing possible charges after police in New York City say he shot at a 12-year-old inside a barber shop.

Police said surveillance video shows Joshua Wilson approaching a barber shop, but then stepping away. He returns back to the shop, backs up and then pulls out a gun, shoots and fires. He can also been seen running off.

NYPD officers said one shot was fired and no one was hurt.

Just a few days after NYPD released the video, Johnston County deputies arrested Wilson at his home on a fugitive warrant.

It is now up to NYPD officers to decide whether to extradite and charge him with the crime.

Wilson's great uncle says if it is in fact proven that Wilson was the shooter, the family is deeply sorry for what happened.

No additional information was immediately available.
