Johnston deputies bust mobile meth lab

— Johnston County deputies charged four people Friday after finding a methampehatmine lab on wheels during a traffic stop, authorities said Monday.

A deputy stopped a Ford Explorer on N.C. Highway 42 at Buffalo Road on a speeding violation and saw chemicals used to make meth were inside the vehicle, authorities said.

The driver and three passengers were arrested.

    The artical says they had chemicals to make meth not that they were making meth. So why the charges. I bet that in any home in America. you can find chemicals to make meth or bombs are something. novacrazy2000

    It's usually the quantity, packaging (non original or opened containers), or confused attempts to explain why they have the chemicals that will raise suspicion, not just the presence of them.

    I guess you've got to get the meth to the folks that need it. Can't create all this new legislation without a little summin summin to give you that kick you need.
