UNC Health on Wednesday said Dr. Paul Chelminski, an internal medicine physician, was on the flight and is in "good condition." There was no update on the pilot, who was taken to Duke University Hospital in Durham.

The upscale restaurant will be located in Crabtree Commons south of Crabtree Valley Mall. 

RALEIGH, N.C. — Nashville-based restaurant J. Alexander's will open an upscale restaurant south of <a href="https://www.wral.com/entertainment/out_and_about/venue/11490955/">Crabtree Valley Mall</a> in Raleigh next year, owners announced Tuesday.

The restaurant, located in Crabtree Commons at the intersection of Creedmoor Road and Crabtree Valley Avenue, is planning to open in the spring 2016.

The 8,700 square-foot restaurant will seat more than 180 guests and feature an outdoor dining area additional. The restaurant will employ about 100 full and part-time workers. 

J. Alexander's is known for its wood-fired cuisine and selection of American classics including steaks, prime rib and seafood. Nearly all menu items are made-from-scratch.

J. Alexander's in Crabtree Commons plans to operate 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

J. Alexander's operates 41 restaurants throughout the country.
