RALEIGH, N.C. — The owners of Taste and The Oak plan to open the Italian-inspired small plate restaurant and wine bar, more., in the Glenwood South neighborhood.

The restaurant's menu is still in development, but it owners are clear on the website that it will not be an Italian restaurant. Instead, the focus will be on "fusing traditional ingredients with creative flavor profiles featuring seasonal produce and house baked breads, hand-rolled pastas and marinated vegetables."

The wine selection "will rival the best collections in the city with a very carefully cultivated wine list to match the cuisine as well as the perfectly decanted pour served straight from a tap," according to the restaurant's website.

More. is planning to open this fall, according to its Facebook page.

It is the latest venture from JMR Ktichen restaurant group.
