In Hot Springs, Arkansas, you can find the world’s shortest St. Patrick’s Day parade – a whopping 98 feet down Bridge Street. Marchers include Irish Elvis impersonators and a middle-aged troupe called Lards of the Dance. Residents of New London, Wisconsin, get into the spirit by dressing as leprechauns and changing town signs to say “New Dublin.”
