The incident is under investigation.

Moore County detention officers found Steven Allen Harris, 58, of Wilson, unresponsive in his cell at about 11:45 a.m. Sunday, authorities said. He was taken to First Health Moore Regional Hospital, where he died about 3½ hours later.
