Imagine Dragons, comedy highlight the week ahead

Monday: The Airborne Toxic Event plays Cat's Cradle

Tuesday: The Smashing Pumpkins and Awolnation play Red Hat Amphitheater and "The Drowsy Chaperone" starring Clay Aiken opens at Raleigh Memorial Auditorium. 

Wednesday: Imagine Dragons play Red Hat Amphitheater and WRAL's Debra Morgan, Greg Fishel and more will be celeb bartenders at Zinda in Raleigh to help raise money for the Caring Community Foundation.

Thursday: Beach Music at North Hills features North Tower and the Music off Main Downtown concert series in Garner kicks off with Amanda Daughtry. Also, The Chocolate Boutique opens its Cary store

Friday: Comedian Amy Schumer plays the DPAC and "Who's Line is it Anyway?" star Greg Proops plays Goodnight's Comedy Club 

Also, this weekend the North Carolina Symphony will be playing classic songs from Disney. Shows are Friday night and Saturday at 3 and 8 p.m.
