I have been in bankruptcy for about ten years and can't seem to get out of it. I think i need some outside help.
Were can i get credit counseling to help me to get out of this bankruptcy, my attorney is not doing any thing.
If you've been in a bankruptcy proceeding for ten years there is a lot more to this story than what you've shared so far. Even the longer chapter 13 bankruptcy would only be about five years of payments. A chapter 7 bankruptcy lasts about 90 days.
If you feel your bankruptcy attorney is not being helpful, then get a second opinion from a different attorney. You can click here to find a local bankruptcy attorney.

Credit counseling is not going to resolve whatever issue you are having with your bankruptcy attorney. Only action by you in either finding a new bankruptcy attorney or working out better communication with your current attorney is going to solve whatever issue is going on.
