    Thanks to all for letting us know that their digital coupon is not working. I will make sure I print my coupon list and check my receipt to see if it came off.

    I just went today (Wednesday) and the digital coupon didn't come off for me. I didn't notice until I got home. I will try to go back with my receipt and see if I can get a refund. Not sure if it's worth it for $1.99.

    I also purchased this item last night and discovered later that the digital coupon was not deducted from my receipt. This morning I stopped in at CS and returned the item, but apparently this week it's on sale, because I paid $1.99 + tax and was returned $1.83 + tax. The cashier corrected that, and then rang it up again, but the electronic coupon still was not deducted. No smart phone, and I didn't have anything printed to show I'd loaded the digital coupon onto my card, so I didn't leave the store with the latte. If I try again, I'll bring a printed list of my loaded digital coupons. Maybe there's a 24 hour lag before digital coupons are truly loaded onto the card, and that would be this afternoon sometime for me. I had some other freebies, so I'm still a happy shopper, latte or no latte. :-)

    My mom and I both loaded the coupon yesterday and then used it last night. The coupon didn't come off properly but Customer Service gave us our money back so it was still free.
