Swagbucks is celebrating their 7th birthday today, February 25, in a BIG way! There is a Swagbucks Extravaganza with lots of bonus Swag Bucks and a special Birthday Challenge!

This is the BIGGEST day of the year for Swagbucks, where they give their members tons of SB and bonuses! This year, for the first time ever, they are giving away an exclusive bonus that's only available to people who join in on the Lucky 7 Birthday Challenge HERE! Swag Code Extravaganza

The big event starts at 10 am EST and lasts until 9pm EST.

They are giving out 6 Swag Codes throughout the day for a total of 49 SB.

What's a Swag Code Extravaganza? Occasionally, Swagbucks will throw a big Extravaganza where they give out multiple Swag Codes in one day along with other fun ways to win bonus Bucks. We'll post the Swag Codes here on the blog so be sure to check in. Once you find a code, you then copy and paste the code into the Swag Code box at the top of the homepage of Swagbucks HERE. Birthday Challenge Details

On Feb 25th, starting at 10 am EST, you can CLICK HERE to join the Birthday Challenge. Not only will you get your exclusive bonus, but you'll join thousands of SB members to unlock the mystery jackpot bonus. There are 7 goals that need to be completed. You contribute points toward those goals by earning Swag Bucks in seven different categories. Once a goal has received enough points, it will unlock a special letter on the Swagbucks slot machine. The new mystery jackpot bonus will be revealed when all 7 goals have been completed. It looks like you don't have to earn points in all 7 categories yourself. You just need to contribute points to as many of the goals as you can.

Here’s how to contribute points:

Searching The Web - Every time you earn Swagbucks through search made from a defaulted Swagbucks search engine, you’ll contribute 35 Points to the search goal! If you haven’t defaulted your search engine to Swagbucks Search you can do it now by visiting the Default Your Search page.

Answer Surveys - Earn Swag Bucks by giving your opinion and every time you do, even for DQs (disqualified) and OQs over quota), you’ll contribute 28 Points to the Answer Goal.

Swagstakes - Any and Every Swagstakes you enter starting at 7am on the day of the birthday will contribute 14 Points to the Swagstakes goal.

Mobile Offers (US only) - Every time you earn Swag Bucks from a mobile offer you’ll contribute 21 Points to the Mobile Offers goal.

Special Offers - Complete any offer on our Birthday and you’ll contribute 21 Points to the Special Offer goal.

Encrave - Discover, earn, and contribute 14 Points to the Encrave goal.

Swag Codes - Redeem your Swag Codes through the Swag Button (all countries) or Mobile app (US only) and you’ll contribute 7 Points to the Swag Codes goal.

Plus, when you contribute 500 points to the team you'll get a 49 Swag Buck bonus. If you contribute 250 Points to your team, you'll get a 35 Swag Buck Bonus. If you contribute between 1 and 249 Points, you'll get a 21 Swag Buck Bonus. That's on top of the special bonus we'll reveal at the end!

New to Swagbucks?

If you don't know about Swagbucks yet, it's the largest rewards website that gives people free gift cards for the things they do online. You earn points (called Swag Bucks) for online activities and then you can cash them in for gift cards to places like CVS, Amazon, Starbucks and many more options!

How do you get these super Swag Bucks? Each time you need to search for something online, use the Swagbucks search engine on their website (instead of Google). I actually have the Swagbucks toolbar installed on my desktop and it places a search box right on my screen making it super easy to search. Every once in a while, they award Swag Bucks just for doing the searches I used to do using Google. There are also a number of other ways to earn Swag Bucks including taking surveys, answering polls, watching videos, playing games, referring friends, using their online shopping portal, special Swag Code events and more.

Swagbucks also posts additional bonus codes on their Facebook, Twitter and blog pages each day. When a Smart Shopper reader finds a code (usually one per day), they post it here on the blog so we can all get it. The codes are only valid for an hour usually. Once you find a code, you then copy and paste the code into the Swag Code box at the top of the homepage of Swagbucks HERE . Look for the circle with the words Swag Code next to it.
