<b>HOLLY SPRINGS, N.C.</b> — Wake County sheriff's authorities said a Holly Springs man was shot early Tuesday in a home invasion.<br />

It happened at about 5 a.m. Tuesday at a residence on Sand Dunes Way.<br />

The victim, Gaybbel Cofield, was taken to WakeMed with a gunshot wound. His condition was not released Tuesday evening.

Further details surrounding the crime were also not available.
