Holiday movie classics featured at Cary theater
The Cary, the movie theater in Cary's downtown, has a schedule filled with holiday favorites over the next few weeks leading up to Christmas.

- 7 p.m., Dec. 4, Home Alone
- 2 p.m., Dec. 6 and 7 p.m., Dec. 10, "It's a Wonderful Life," PG
- 9:30 p.m., Dec. 10, "Elf," PG
- 2 p.m., Dec. 13,, "Frozen," PG
- 9 p.m., Dec. 17, "Dr. Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas," PG
- 2 p.m. and 7 p.m., Dec. 19, and 2 p.m., Dec. 20, "Sing-A-Long White Christmas"
- 7 p.m., Dec. 24, "The Polar Express," G
All tickets are $5 except for the "Sing-A-Long White Christmas." For those shows, which include lyric books and interactive props, tickets are $7.50.
Shane Houston, the theater's program attendant, tells me that last year's single "Sing-A-Long White Christmas" show was so popular that it sold out quickly. This year, he added two more shows. All three are filling up quickly.
The theater at 122 E. Chatham St. has a concession stand with soda and snacks.
