Posted June 24, 2013

Hill Ridge Farms in Youngsville is offering an admission deal for parents and caregivers this summer.

The farm is a popular pumpkin patch destination in the fall, but it's actually open from April to December. Admission is $5; kids under 2 are free. The general admission includes the giant slide, animals, bounce house, maze, hay jump, corn house, fort and huge sandbox.

The farm also has kiddie train rides, hay rides, gem stone panning and a jumping pillow. And the country store is open with ice cream. Hill Ridge is open seven days a week.

Here's the deal: Buy admission for one child and get free admission for one adult. The deal is good from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Wednesdays, from June through August.

No reservations are required. Picnics are welcome.
