The popular outdoor venue with a giant tube slide, jumping pillow, hay rides, kiddie train, farm animals and, in the summer, a sprayground, is at 703 Tarboro Rd. in Youngsville.

The 2019 season at Hill Ridge Farms in Youngsville starts Saturday, April 13.

The popular outdoor venue with a giant tube slide, jumping pillow, hay rides, kiddie train, farm animals and, in the summer, a sprayground, is at 703 Tarboro Rd. in Youngsville, which is northeast of Raleigh not far from Wake Forest.

Here are the details ...

Spring hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., weekdays, 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Saturdays; and noon to 5:30 p.m., Sundays.

Tickets are $8 and free for kids under age 2. You can pay extra for the hayride, gem panning and duck race. Or, you can get a SuperPass for $18, which includes those extras.

On Wednesdays, visitors get one free adult admission with each paid child's admission.

An annual pass for $65 gets you unlimited visits to the farm from April to December. Buy four and get them for $50 each.
