It is almost 2013! So, for our final weekend best bets post we wanted to give you a variety of stuff to choose from.

If you want to find out our picks for fun on New Year's Eve, make sure to see our special Best Bets post for the best parties in the Triangle.

Now, this weekend's best bets:

It is high school basketball at its best. The HighSchoolOT.com Holiday Invitational is one of the top tournaments in the country, bringing together the stars of tomorrow -- recruits committed to UNC, Duke, NC State and other high-profile college basketball programs in one gym. This year's edition features players ranked in the top 10 nationwide and the top player in the Class of 2014. Games continue through Saturday. Adult tickets are $12 per day and $6 for children under the age of 10. Tickets are available at the door.

The Pour House’s assistant talent buyer and ambassador of goodwill “Uncle John” Moyer is celebrating his 60th birthday on Saturday at the club with a night of Pink Floyd and Grateful Dead music. Dubbed “The Grateful Floyd Show,” it will feature bands Better Off Dead and The Pink Floyd Tribute: Breathe. Tickets are $5 online and $7 at the door.

A pub crawl and an investigation into the paranormal combine for a fun night in Durham on Saturday. The Durham Pub Crawl and Haunted Adventure takes you to three bars and pubs in the area and in between you take a trip to four paranormal locations. It is a 2 ½ hour tour that covers about a mile. Tickets are $20 in advance.
A free family Kwanzaa celebration will be happening in Durham at the Holton Career and Resource Center from noon to 6 p.m. Sunday. The family event is free and will include food, entertainment and activities for children. This was one of Go Ask Mom's weekend picks as well. And finally, some wrestling...

The stars of "WWE Raw" hit the RBC Center in Raleigh on April 25, 2011.
The WWE will return to Raleigh on Sunday night for a special holiday show at PNC Arena. See John Cena, Dolph Ziggler and more. Tickets start at $15 and the action begins at 7 p.m.
