thinkb4youspeak.......and if they do come up with it, I still say that they they will run. By-the-way, why do you take issue with me on just a thought that I had? Do you know that they can not make the 30K?

Home invasions are happening more and more often and usually involve cowardly violence...I think punks/thugs are starting to figure out that they can probably get more out of someone's home than the 100 bucks or so that they can get from a gas station. Not to mention there probably isn't a camera rolling in someone's home..The punishment for forcibly entering someone else's home should be extreme(Mandatory long sentences, whatever)...And if a thug gets himself killed mamed, beaten to a pulp, etc. by a homeowner that's ready for battle, so be it....

The bond was to low, I bet they run. Where do we start: Breaking & entry, attempted murder, kidnapping, terrorism, illegal guns, fleeing the scene etc? Why are the other "Posters" more concerned about the details of when it happened, then what happened. revoke the bond and get a fair and speedy trail. I go,, for good old frontier justice-Eduardo1

They won't get an opportunity to run unless they can come up with around $30,000 to bond out. What leads you to believe that they are financially capable of bonding out of jail on these charges?

Per the local Henderson paper, this happen early Tuesday morning around 12:40am. Not today. Which has to be true for it to even make the front page of the paper today. Its sad that Henderson is so close to Raleigh but nobody never seems to get the story straight.

The plain truth is "GO AHEAD PUNK MAKE MY DAY" when guns are outlawed only outlaws will have guns. The second ammendment must be protected at ALL cost.
