Christopher Neil Clopton, 43, of 1281 Cheatham Mabry Road, was arrested and charged with one count of felony larceny.

Clopton was being held Sunday at the Wake County jail under a $50,000 bond. His first court appearance was set for Monday.

Haha, ok let's do the math............. The backhoe can travel 12 mph down the road. If the police car can travel 35 mph, how many years will the hayseed spend in jail?
