YO HOME, TO BEL AIR — Touted on its website as the “most beautiful home on the planet,” a new real estate video posted to YouTube is taking you inside a California home worth a quarter of a billion dollars.

The video sweeps through the 38,000 square foot spec home, showcasing a helipad, glass-tiled infinity pool, modern architecture, bowling alley, stadium theater, giant sculptural camera (sure), gym and all manner of excess.

According to an article in Forbes, the home has 21 bathrooms, three kitchens and 12 bedrooms, two of which are described as master suites.

Bruce Makowsky, the man behind the $250M home, said this of his project:

“After spending lots of time on mega yachts and large private jets that can sell from $50 million to $500 million, it baffled me that no one was developing luxury real estate at those high levels for the super wealthy. I set up my real estate development company in Beverly Hills, California, to cater to the super affluent that demand the very best in life!!!”

The home features an “unrivaled 270-degree view” that overlooks Malibu beach and the San Gabriel Mountains.

Did I mention the property is nicknamed “Billionaire?”

If you are interested in the most expensive property ever listed in the United States, it’ll take $250 million, but it does come fully furnished. Bonus.
