Have you had trouble viewing video on your Kindle?
We think we have fixed the issue.

A number of Kindle users contacted us after the relaunch of WRAL.com, letting us know they were having trouble viewing video. After a good deal of investigation, we did find that certain versions of Kindle were not able to handle our video streaming format called HTTP Live Streaming, or HLS.
After much reading and investigation, our technical team came up with a workaround for certain older models of the Kindle. So if you were having trouble with video before, please try again.
If you still cannot get video to play on your Kindle, contact us and let know what version of Kindle you have.
