Coupon policies and tips for shopping Harris Teeter Super Doubles:

* HT will be Super Doubling coupons worth up to $2 face value. This means that a $1.00 coupon will double to $2.00, a $1.50 coupon will double to $3.00 and a $2.00 coupon will double to $4.00!

* HT begins super doubling coupons at 7:00 AM on the first day of the sale. 24 hour stores do not super double coupons before 7:00 AM on the first day (at least that is how it has always worked in the past).

* HT will super double/double up to 20 coupons per household per day. Spouse's cards registered with the same address are linked because the policy is 20 per household, per day. If you have twenty $1 coupons and twenty .75 coupons, only 20 total will double. They will not double 20 coupons that are under $1 and also super double another 20 coupons that are over $1. It's 20 total coupons that are $2 or less doubled per day.

* HT policy is to double up to 3 identical coupons (as long as you buy the product required for each coupon, of course). So, if you have five $1.00 coupons for a product, the policy is to only super double the first three. They will accept 2 printable coupons per like item, per store, per day, according to their policy.

* You can use a manufacturer's coupon AND a Harris Teeter ZVR digital e-coupon on the same item! Watch the scanner as it totals your order to see if the digital coupons came off and if not, have them fix it at the register. If you forget to check the register screen for any missed digital coupons before you pay, make sure you check your receipt to see if the digital coupons were deducted. If not, go to the customer service desk right then and there and they should give you the money back for any digital coupons that did not come off correctly.

* Be sure to get rainchecks for the items that are on sale and out of stock. Rainchecks at Harris Teeter do not expire so you could use them at the next Super Doubles if you have coupons to go with them (which often happens).

Does anyone know which Easter candy is included in the $5.00 off instantly when you purchase $20 in participating Easter candy? Thanks!

  • shelleycole Mar 7, 2013

aolivea-I can never get mine to print either so I downloaded the app on my phone keeps my evic qs and my weekend specials all right there so I don't have to carry a list for my evics, my savingstar and Faye's list.

  • aolivea Mar 7, 2013

40andtired.... maybe you can help me. I have tried ENDLESSLY to print the ZVR's off, as I like to have them in front of me while I am shopping, and especially at the register. However, I cannot print them off. I have emailed and contacted customer service, to no avail. Lowes Foods is very easy- it is just a button for you to print theirs.
    How do you print yours?

  • barbiedoll1967 Mar 7, 2013

    Thanks 40andtired

  • 40andtired Mar 7, 2013

Jcook2, yes, take your receipt to customer service. This happens often with me so I'm in the habit now of looking at my ticket before leaving the store. I also like to take my printout of zvrs with me. Either way, they can look them up on your account at the cs desk.

  • barbiedoll1967 Mar 7, 2013

I have a question about the Harris Teeter Super doubles coupons. I purchased two boxes of cheerios (they were two for $5). I had a coupon for $1.00 and a e-vic coupon for $1.00. My coupon doubled but I don't see my e-vic coupon for $1.00 on my receipt. Also I bought two microwavabale bowls of campbells soups - again my coupon for .50 came off but my e-vic coupon did not. How do I get my money back? I am back at work now. Do I have to return the store with my receipt?

  • Packy Mar 7, 2013

candrmitchell, HT will take them unless it says redeemable ONLY at Walmart. We use them all the time. :)

  • Packy Mar 7, 2013

Just got back from HT and they're wiped out of the items I wanted... had plenty of coffee though

    Try again this weekend.

  • candrmitchell Mar 7, 2013

I have a question - for the capri sun juice boxes, you have click the smart shopper link above which does give me the coupon but it says redeemable at Walmart. Are you saying HT will take these coupons?

  • Smilepal Mar 7, 2013
