Harris Teeter Super Doubles products for $1.22!

Here's the place to post your Super Doubles register totals and all your favorite deals! Feel free to share any crazy Super Doubles shopping stories while you are at it! Good luck to everyone and have fun!  You can see the main deals list at the link above.

Here are my totals as you can see from the receipt above:

Total amount before sales and coupons: $93.19

Total saved: $91.97

Total paid: $1.22

% saved: 98%

I will also get .75 back from SavingStar.com for the Kellogg's cereal making my final total only 47 cents!

I bought all the items in the picture above and used a combination of manufacturer's coupons, HT ZVR digital coupons, a raincheck for the 2 Got2B hair care products, CVS Extrabucks competitor's coupon and a free product coupon for the Smart Balance that they sent me when there was a problem with a previous Smart Balance product I had purchased.

Products in the picture include Smart Balance milk, Filippo Berio olive oil spray, Boca veggie burgers, GM cereal, Pepsi, Dole pineapple, Dole apple sauce, Quaker granola cereal, Barilla meals (good food bank donation and they are free with coupon), Balance bars, Got 2 B haircare products with raincheck, Dove deodorant, Old Spice shampoo, Suave conditioner, Ludens cough drops, Hefty bags, Snickers bar.

My balance was actually negative so I had to buy something else to get it back into the positive, which is why there is a Snickers bar there (my husband's favorite). Basically, for the regular price of the Snickers bar plus tax, I got everything else you see in the picture above for free! Thank you Harris Teeter!

If you are pleased with your shopping experience, it's always a nice gesture to call the HT corporate number and thank them for offering the promotion. If your store did a good job with customer service share that information as well.

Final Trip to HT. Spent 12.07, saved 29,27, another $1 back from Savingstar. Picked up 3 Iams Woof Delight, 2 boxes cheez-it, 4 Snickers PB Bars, 1 bottle Pompeian Olive Oil, 1 roll Pillsbury Chocolate Chip Cookies, 2 South Beach Good to Go Cereal bars, and 2 Florida Natural Smoothies. Total OOP this week $153.55, saved 288.82, but I am getting back in rebates and Visa cards another $78.53, so my actual expenditure is $75.24 for $442,59 in groceries (including veggies, 3 gallons of milk, and lots of meat) for a savings of $367.35 (83%).

I think I had the best luck this super doubles. Found everything I wanted except the Quaker granola. Got 6 more cans of tuna today and have another $3 to use on my next trip. So much fun.

My internet was down this weekend, so I didn't get to shop until today. Spent $24.36, saved $70.11. Got Cheez-its, Dole pineapple, Campbell's soup, Swanson broth, Werther's candy, Starkist Gourmet tuna, Balance bars, Think Think bars, and Ludens throat drops.

The HT at Davis Drive and McCrimmon was pretty well stocked.

On the way in to my temp assignment this morning, I figured I'd stop by my local HT on N. Harrison in Cary to see if they might have gotten any stock in on either the Tidy Cats or Purina Cat Chow Naturals that are both on BOGO. They hadn't, but couldn't believe my eyes when I glanced down the aisle with the deodorants and saw a single Mitchum Advanced Control deodorant for women (with aloe & vitamin E) all by it's lonesome on several empty shelves. (At $3.99, this is a freebie with the $2.00 coupon from this past weekend's paper, so was totally wiped out at every HT I hit last night.) I took the cap off to see if there was something wrong with it, but it was brand new...and now mine for just $0.14 tax. : )

Almost forgot to mention...when I was at the Crescent Commons HT in Cary last night to see what they had left, was pleasantly surprised to find some great items in their clearance carts at the front of the store as part of their reset.

I was able to get two bottles of Aleve for free because they were marked down to $1.70 each, and I had a $2.00/2 coupon (that super-doubled to $4.00) as well as a bottle of Bayer for something like $0.35 after using a coupon that doubled, They have a cart with Tone, Dial, Nivea, and Soft Soap body washes and soap. They also had a cart with a ton of Thermacare-type items (including one or two boxes of Thermacare that I got for a great price with a doubled coupon.) They had a lot of "single" packages of single-use heat wraps, different sizes, for as low as $0.51 and $0.61.

FYI - went to the North Hills HT this morning and they were wiped out of most freebies and best deals I was looking for. The did have Yakisoba and Mahatma as well as some Palermos.

Thanks again to all for posting! I have enjoyed reading all the info you have shared!

I noticed this morning that Millstone K-cups, 12 ct, are on sale for $5.99, so this is how I used the $5 Millstone coffee Q that came in the mail a while ago (it was from a FB or some other offer Faye told us about).

Same here! A fellow couponer had a bunch of the coupons for this product that she gave me and others which made a lot of them free (but it expired that day). Was fortunate enough to pick up two face powders for just $0.99 each, but there was everything from nail polish, to make-up, to eye shadow, etc.

Sometimes you can ask a stocker and he will check the stock room and maybe, just maybe return with the item(s). I know I have asked many times before.
