backthepack: Catalinas that print for specific items (Tide, Country Crock, etc.) are not accepted as competitor coupons. They are usually specific to the store you get them from and will say so on the catalina. Catalinas for $$ off a purchase ($5 off entire order, $5 off $10 produce) are usually accepted as a competitors offer. I hope that helps!

I got 2 of the Angel Soft 12 packs for FREE b/c they scanned wrong - Lowes has a 100% price scan guarantee so b/c they scanned wrong they gave me back a full refund at the regular price, plus the 2 coupons I used in the checkout - so I made $14.02 off the toilet paper!

Can anyone tell me where the Brookside Chocolates are located in Lowes foods?

backthepack, that's the LF I went to. I'm thinking you can't use a catalina at another store, BUT I could be totally wrong. I've not tried it before. I don't think the staff is too well informed on their own policies.

My husband made a Lowe's Food trip for me yesterday in Sanford. I had a catalina coupon from Food Lion for Kraft Freshtake, but it was a manufacturer's coupon. My husband said they would not take it. Is it against their policy to take catalinas printed from competitors?

They were both so nice and not ugly about it at all. Just poor planning on the store managers part for not carrying stock.

    *chatty kathy today. :)

I didn't do as well at Lowe's or at least it didn't seem that way compared to my HT money making trip earlier. I *did* get some really high ticket items though. I got 4 all detergernt (SO took 2 and checked them out seperately bc we use sooooo much detergent), 2 bags of Seattle Coffee, 2 Angel Soft tissue,2 country time lemonades, 2 velvetta skillet meals, and a couple other things that I can't remember for the life of me. OOP was right at $40 with a $6 off $50.

Sidenote: I get SOOOO aggravated by LF bc it NEVER fails, you can clearly see that they're not prepared and it drives me insane. There were so many things I couldn't find that I almost walked out before I had a single item in my cart. I give them a big fat D- on CS. But they did take my RR but I had to tell the cashier that it was a MQ and the policy stated (and I printed it but didn't have to show it) they take competitor's coupons. Manager came over, looked at them a while but finally accepted them. They were both s

I got this one too....but I didn't know we could use it at HT???
