Harris Teeter & Lowes Foods weekend specials!

Posted September 6, 2013

Both Harris Teeter and Lowes Foods usually have some weekend specials for their e-Vic and Fresh Rewards members. Check your Friday e-mails from both stores to see the deals you received and then share them here.

What deals did you get this week?

Remember, the deals we receive on Fridays are different for each person and you may have totally different deals than those I receive. Check your Friday e-mails from both grocery stores to see the specific deals that are loaded to your reward cards. If you don't already receive the e-mails from these stores, you can sign up online at both company websites or call the customer service number on your rewards card:

Oh and as far as Kroger I am going to pick up another 3 do zen eggs. I still have a bunch of diet Pepsi coupons left.

I have a $1 evic on the trop50 and another that lets me get a free farmstand or ocean spray when you buy a trop50. So I can get two for $1.47.

Brandiel, thanks for pointing that coupon out. It doubled for me.

mrsschizzy, we use Charmin too. Target has 9 mega rolls for $9.99. Sale ends Saturday. If you buy 2, you get a $5 GC back. I also had $1 coupons that I got off boxes of Puffs a while back, so it netted out to $6.49 for 9 mega.

FL has 3 day sales -- I want to say quarterly? -- where they have the 6 mega of Charmin for ~$4.97 or $4.77. I haven't seen one of their sales in a while so there may be one soon.

FWIW, there is less square footage in the strong versus the soft. It's important to consider the square footage when comparing prices so you aren't comparing apples to oranges regardless of what brand.

DianeNC - I so agree about the Silk Fruit & Protein. That's what we need a deal for!

Savvysaver - agreed about LF deals as well this week. Nothing on the e-mail I will be getting.

Something positive about the evics this week: if you received the Hot Shot Ant & Roach spray deal, there are 0.55 coupons on the bottles. If your HT will double them (indicate DND) then they are 0.37 a piece! Not a bad deal! :)

My HT and LF deals quite frankly, suck! They have been horrible the past 2 weeks! What gives?!!

nikkiktaylor - what's great about Target is not only can you use a Charmin' manufacturer coupon stacked with a Target coupon for Charmin' when available, but you can also stack those with their Cartwheel discount when available, and they'll price match as well.

My best deal for TP at Target was when they price matched a really low price for Angel Soft TP that K-Mart was running, and I also had both a manufacturer and Target coupon for it as well. (This was before they launched their Cartwheel thing.)

    Same Weekend Offer as Fayes.

    Rest of the week:

Snickers, Milky Way, 3 Musketeer, and Twix Fun Size Candy (11-11.5 oz) $1.97

Silk Almond and Silk Coconut (64 oz.) $1.97

Cape Cod Chips (8 oz.) $1.97

Hot Shot Ant & Roach Spray (17.5 oz) $1.47

    Go-Gurt Kids Yogurt (18 oz.) $1.47

    Tootsie Child's Play (26 oz.) $2.97

I'm in agreement with the others who are wondering how/where they're coming up with these e-VIC offers each week for us - they most definitely are not based on what I buy, past or present. I'll probably pick up the Go-Gurt for myself, since I've always got a coupon for it, but that's pretty much it.

(Faye - you would think they would know we love Silk Fruit & Protein, not Silk Almond or Silk Coconut! LOL)

We are charmin only at our house(my husband is picky about his toilet paper ;-)) and I will usually find the best deals at Target. If you regularly shop there it might be something for you to check out.
