Harris Teeter & Lowes Foods weekend specials!

Posted August 9, 2013

Both Harris Teeter and Lowes Foods usually have some weekend specials for their e-Vic and Fresh Rewards members. Check your Friday e-mails from both stores to see the deals you received and then share them here.

What deals did you get this week?

Remember, the deals we receive on Fridays are different for each person and you may have totally different deals than those I receive. Check your Friday e-mails from both grocery stores to see the specific deals that are loaded to your reward cards. If you don't already receive the e-mails from these stores, you can sign up online at both company websites or call the customer service number on your rewards card:

Happy Tots Yogurt Pouches for $0.77!!! The other Happy Tots pouches were also on sale 10/$10, plus I had a coupon from their email newsletter. It came out to only $0.88 per pouch for a dozen organic toddler food pouches! Yeah, I could make my own for cheaper but this busy mom doesn't have the time. :)

I used the Lance coupons at Harris Teeter by Wakefield today without any problem. I was worried because $2.78 is kind of a random amount for a coupon, but she took it. :) I got two free Balance Bars, two free Lance Xtra Fulls, and four free 3 Musketeers. Yummy weekend snacks.

    Wonderful! Thank you Faye.

ahudson, you should be able to use the coupons she received via mail with no problem unless you see her Fresh Rewards card number on the coupon (which I doubt you will find). The coupons from the recent mailer are valid for any Fresh Rewards member.

Can someone tell me if the coupons that Lowes mails out that say fresh rewards, are they specific to your fresh rewards card? A friend gave me her coupons but I want to make sure I can use hers before I checkout. Thanks.

You have to purchase in one transaction just like at HT.

that's what I more quick question, do you have to purchase all fresh rewards in one transaction in order to get the special price (you have to do that for the evic - I've been searching the site but can't find an answer to this question). For example, if you have a limit of 4, can you purchase 2 in one transaction and then come back and redeem the other 2 later for the reduced price? thanks!

Thanks for the Red Baron Pizza coupon, brandiel!

In answer to your question about how many printed Internet coupons Lowes Foods will accept, I checked on their website, and you are correct. It appears they will only accept two Internet coupons per day.

    Internet Coupons:
With the purchase of two like manufacturer’s products, we accept two internet coupons per day.

    Print At Home Coupons:
We accept all Print at Home coupons from as long as they are in date, unaltered, and are not copies. There is a limit of one coupon per purchase unless otherwise stated.

They also provide a link to some great info about online coupons that I was not aware of:

is it true that lowes will only accept 2 printed internet coupons for the same item in a transaction? or will they take 4?

Hi DianeNC - go to for a coupon for 0.75 off one red barron pizza. That will make it $1.38! Yay!
