Harris Teeter has some very good deals starting Wednesday, 3/5 including Gorton's, Oscar Mayer bologna, yogurt, Steamfresh, canned veggies, Think Thin bars, Yakisoba noodles, CoverGirl eyeliner, Special K cereal, Haribo gummi candy, Vidal Sassoon shampoo (FREE!) & more! There is also a super General Mills promo with some great deals!

Update on 3/6: I just updated the list to include even more deals like Dr. Oetker pizza, Dawn dish soap, Suave body wash and more! Thanks to everyone for sharing these deals!

Please share any other great buys that you find!

Harris Teeter Coupon Policy Basics:

Doubles coupons .99 or less everyday

Doubles up to 20 coupons per day

Doubles up to 3 identical coupons (must have required product to go with each coupon)

BOGO sales ring up at half price. If you just buy one, it still rings up at half price. The policy has recently changed and now states that you can only use two coupons on a BOGO deal. So, if you buy 2 items that are BOGO, you can use two coupons (which is a very good thing!).

Click HERE for the official Harris Teeter Coupon Policy.
Senior discount: Seniors 60 and older receive a 5% discount every Thursday. Discount applies after coupons are deducted.
e-coupons: Don’t forget to add the e-coupons to your Harris Teeter VIC card and remember, you can stack the e-coupons (also known as ZVR coupons) with manufacturer coupons to maximize savings. The link to your e-coupons are in your Wednesday e-Vic e-mail. Click HERE to sign up for e-Vic digital coupons. You can also add the e-coupons to your Vic card through your account at HarrisTeeter.com. Remember that not everyone gets the same ZVR coupons. If I have a ZVR digital coupon listed below, it does not mean that you have it available in your digital coupons.
These deals are valid March 5 – March 11, 2014.

General Mills promotion: Buy 6 participating products and get $3.50 off your next produce purchase! There are a bunch of participating products and you can find them all on their website HERE.   The link to this deal was also in the e-vic e-mail sent by Harris Teeter early Wednesday morning.

The best deal with the promo is:

Yoplait yogurt singles, 6 oz, .50 each
Coupons: .40/6 or .50/8 coupons from 2/2 SS
ZVR: .40/6 HT ZVR digital e-coupon
Total for 6 at the register when you use the .40/6 manuf coupon AND the HT ZVR = .30 each

Total after manuf coupon, ZVR and Savingstar = .23 each AND you get the $3.50 produce coupon for your next order!

Here is how the $3.50 comes off: Thanks to Diana (RaleighFoodBlogger) for the details! She wrote: "I did 2 transactions (with just the produce in the second). After the first, the bottom of the receipt showed the $3.50 off for the next order. Then when they did the second, it came off automatically. T here was nothing printed (like a Catalina)".

Kraft promotion: Buy 10 participating items and get $5 off instantly at the register. Participating items include various A1 sauce, Kraft mayo, Capri Sun, Cracker Barrel cheese, Oscar Mayer lunch meat, Velveeta Skillets, Kraft cheese slices, Planters nuts, Kraft salad dressing and Maxwell House coffee.  The specific varieties are indicated on the shelf tags.

Included in this promotion is Kraft cheese, 16 oz for $3.50. Use the .75/1 coupon from Smart Shopper coupons link above to make it $3 and then the promo takes off another .50 (when you buy 10 total participating items). Makes the 16 oz cheese slices only $1.50 - a very good deal. Remember they only allow 2 like printables per day.
