Harris Teeter has some super deals starting on 7/8 including fresh peaches for 49 cents per pound, chicken leg quarters, Perdue Short Cuts, cereals, granola bars, pasta, lunchmeat, Larabars (free) and more. There's also a stock-up sale and a 10/$10 sale.

80% lean ground chuck, $3.49/lb.
