These deals are valid 7/24 - 7/30.

Harris Teeter Coupon Policy Basics:

Last weekend I went late (Sunday night) for E-VICs on Gain/Brawny and there were empty shelves, a first for me. The entire post-Kroger store atmosphere was different, many empty shelves and an actual fear some food (expired meat) marked down $3 was actually unsafe. I'll give them one more try but if that's the post-Kroger HT then Kroger can do what they're best at, start closing stores. Something will end up moving into the empty stores, not necessarily grocery. In fact, the Wake school board could solve school overcrowding holding classes in recently closed HT/Kroger locations.
