Posted June 18, 2014

Harris Teeter

Harris Teeter has some great deals starting Wednesday, 6/18 on Nature Valley and Fiber One granola bars, Arm & Hammer laundry detergent (.47 each!!), Betty Crocker Fruit Snacks, Kellogg's cereal, London Broil, Jennie-O turkey burgers, PictSweet veggies, Old El Paso taco shells, Utz chips, Pepsi, Huggies and much more! Please share any other deals you find!

Harris Teeter Coupon Policy Basics:

Doubles coupons .99 or less everyday

Doubles up to 20 coupons per day

Doubles up to 3 identical coupons (must have required product to go with each coupon)

BOGO sales ring up at half price. If you just buy one, it still rings up at half price. You can use a coupon on each item in a BOGO deal. So, if you buy 2 items that are BOGO, you can use two coupons (which is a very good thing!).

The official Harris Teeter Coupon Policy can be found on their website.

Senior discount: Seniors 60 and older receive a 5% discount every Thursday. Discount applies after coupons are deducted.

e-coupons: Don’t forget to add the e-coupons to your Harris Teeter VIC card and remember, you can stack the e-coupons (also known as ZVR coupons) with manufacturer coupons to maximize savings. The link to your e-coupons are in your Wednesday e-Vic e-mail. Sign up for e-Vic digital coupons on their website. You can also add the e-coupons to your Vic card through your account at HarrisTeeter.com. Remember that not everyone gets the same ZVR coupons. If I have a ZVR digital coupon listed below, it does not mean that you have it available in your digital coupons.

Harris Teeter Coupon in the ad: Harris Teeter is offering a coupon for $5 off a $40 purchase this week! You can find the coupon in the Harris Teeter ad that is in the Wednesday edition of the local newspaper. It is located on the Stock Up & Save section of the ad. The coupon indicates that the $40 must be met after all other coupons and discounts have been applied. Limit 1 coupon per customer per visit. You can't use the coupon on stamps, gift cards, alcohol or tobacco products. Coupon expires on June 24, 2014.

I called one of the local stores and they indicated that the coupon was not in the sales ads they received in the store so it looks like you can only get it in the HT flyer in the Raleigh paper. I did get the coupon in my HT ad in the paper delivered to my house. I will check later today to see if it is in the ads in the papers you can buy at the store.

These deals are valid June 18 – June 24.

what was the zipcode for the $3 off/2 arm & hammer coupon?

  • Nanee Lion Jun 18, 2014

Yes the ice cream deal ended yesterday and I have been so busy I never got any. How sad! It would be so good right now since it is so hot today. Oh well, maybe next time.

Yes, looks like the Unilever ice cream deal ended yesterday, because when I open up last week's Wed e-mail (June 10) from HT and click on that deal, it takes me to the store promotions page: http://www.harristeeter.com/promotions/store_promotions.aspx which now contains this week's promotions instead of the ice cream promo from last week.

  • englisherry Jun 18, 2014

At my store(Rogers Rd) last week when I was picking up the Xtra detergent, there was also a blinkie for .75/2 making it 1.61 ea WYB2.

  • ctya Jun 18, 2014

Did the ice cream deal end last night 5/15 Thanks

granof20 - no stores take printable/e-mailed competitors coupons. Lowes Foods and Harris Teeter take competitors coupons from other stores (but not printable). You should be able to use this HT coupon from the paper at Lowes Foods. Not all HT and LF stores take competitor coupons. Each store decides who it's competitors are. Most LF stores do not take competitor coupons from drug stores but they do take them from grocery stores. Hope that helps!

immortalityinmotion - hopefully we will have more info on the SD rumor soon. :-)

  • immortalityinmotion Jun 18, 2014

So, the rumor mill is flying that there may be super doubles on the 25th!

  • GranOFTwenty Jun 18, 2014

    Thanks Faye !
Sorry I had not retrived the coupon for m y paper and read it when I asked !
Do other stores accept such coupons ??
how about emailed coupons from a store ( such as $.75 off 18 count eggs no brand specified ) ??

  • Faye Prosser -WRAL Smart Shopper Jun 18, 2014

Thanks for the coupon info, NYLAuren and Phyllis! I just posted the info in a separate post so everyone sees it.

Granof2 - The coupon indicates that the $40 must be met after all other coupons and discounts have been applied. Hope that helps!

winstongang - great job! I love that A&H laundry deal!

  • GranOFTwenty Jun 18, 2014

For the $5 off $40 , Does your total purchase after coupons have to be $40 ??
Thank You - I am new at some of this "smart shopping" .
