The Buy 3 get $3 off instantly promo runs through 5/12, but some of the sale prices ended 5/5.

    Thanks Vlynn :)

DAWNL39 re softsoap promo: it was available yesterday, but not sure if it's continued this week or not.

  • dawnl39 May 6, 2015

My store (kildaire & ten ten) still shows the chicken at $1.99/lb

  • dawnl39 May 6, 2015

Does anyone know if there is a softsoap promo buy 3 get $3 off instantly? I read it on another site but I'm not sure if it is for HT's in our area.

kathryn21 - I agree about the chicken. Luckily, many stores offer the $1.99/lb chicken price every week or 2. And you can always get a 3 or 4-pack and freeze half.

Boo on the price increase on the chicken breasts at the meat counter!!! I was able to get 2 chicken breasts Monday and it was $2.11...great price and 2 was the perfect amount for me and the hubby! Oh well. I guess $2.49 isn't terrible but not as good as $1.99!!!

1specialk - Honestly, I think the manager was correct. The raincheck allows a customer to get the product for a specific amount and that is what you should be allowed to get it for. It would have been a great deal with the raincheck and BOGO, but I don't think rainchecks are intended to be used that way. I have also been told that the policy for BOGO rainchecks is that you get the BOGO price off the regular price, not the sale price. You probably has a cashier who did not know the policy in the past.

  • 1specialk May 5, 2015

Faye, I have a question. Today, I tried to get a really good deal on the HT bacon. I had a raincheck whereby I could get the HT bacon for $3.42, limit 2. I thought that since the bacon was BOGO free that I could apply that raincheck price. The manager told me that I could not combine 2 discount deals, but I have been able to do this in reverse in the past(i.e. BOGO free raincheck with the discounted price of 2/$5). What are your thoughts?
