Can you use the $3/$5 Food Lion coupon at HT? I know they take ones for dollars off your entire order, but I'm not sure about ones for specific food categories.

  • Nanee Lion Oct 24, 2013

I missed the pepsi coupons too and my husband loves some pepsi.

  • ClaytonCoupClipper Oct 24, 2013

DianeNC, It was on a display in Lowe's Foods stores last week and I missed it. I was hoping someone picked up a couple and decided not to use them for whatever reason. :) Thanks!

  • DianeNC Oct 24, 2013

ClaytonCoupClipper - where is the $2.00/2 Pepsi coupon? You're welcome to mine if I have one.

amysdc - it looks like Purina will have a $2.00/1 4lb+ Dog Chow, Puppy Chow, Active Senior 7+, Little Bites, Dog Chow Light & Healthy or Healthy Morsels in this weekend's Red Plum insert.

  • ClaytonCoupClipper Oct 24, 2013

does anyone have any extra $2/2 pepsi coups? I missed them somehow and would appreciate any. If not, thanks anyway ladies. Happy shopping!

  • themommyliza Oct 24, 2013

    Check for a $.75/3 Larabar ZVR and a $.75/3 Savingstar coupon. It's a moneymaker for me! :)

  • Nanee Lion Oct 23, 2013

continued: I was saying good luck Faye with all the work you do for us on the upcoming super doubles at both places. We appreciate you so much!!

  • Nanee Lion Oct 23, 2013

Really Faye, I thought you could only use a coupon on the ones you were buying. Does their policy state this? Actually today I used a rain check on a B1G1 and it was written for 4 items. I only bought 3 because I thought I could only use 3 coupons. The cashier told me that 2 of them would be free so I got another item and used two coupons which made those two free also, so 4 bags of rolls for free. I thought it was always true that if HT had a B1g1 that each one was half priced. Has that changed?

Wish I had known that today!! I was wondering how Savvysaver
was using 4 coupons on the pasta. I guess because they are different amounts, it must be considered OK???? I had the .75 printable for the pasta sauce also but did not realize I could use two .75 and three .50 coupons in the same transaction.

Boy, this couponing is getting to be a real job. Good thing I retired. Bad thing is I think my mind retired also. HA HA! I think I need to take your class again girl.

    Good luck

  • Faye Prosser - Smart Shopper Oct 23, 2013

babsnc - your mileage may vary on this one. It used to be the policy that you could only use a coupon on the ones you are buying and not the other 3 free ones in a B2G3F deal. Now some HT's will allow a coupon on any of the Buy 2 Get 3 deal items, as long as you stay in the 3 like coupon limit. You just need to ask at your store. Mine allowed it this morning.

Walmart has a coupon booklet next to the Tostitos chips for $1 off of 2. That coupon pairs up nicely with the Tostitos B1G1 this week! Just saw the booklet at Walmart today so they may still have some in your area!
